• Redemption period for West Malaysia from 10th April – 7th May 2015, East Malaysia from 1st May – 31st May 2015.
• A one-time registration is required.
• Each registrant is entitled to redeem ONE mini Hand Cream 10ml. Redemption of the mini Hand Cream 10ml is bound to the following: 

1. Redemption is open to all, with presentation of the original redemption email for in-store redemption. Duplication will not be entertained.
2. Each registrant can redeem online with any online purchase.
3. Strictly whilst stock last, based on a first come first serve basis. 
4. Each registrant can only redeem at their selected preferred boutiques in Malaysia
5. Limited to one redemption per customer. Multiple email address will not be entertained.
6. Each customer is eligible to claim the mini Hand Cream 10ml once, even if they have used multiple email accounts to participate.
7. No representative is allowed to collect on behalf. Proof of ID must be presented upon request. Failing to do so will terminate the redemption.
8. L’OCCITANE Malaysia reserves the right to replace any of the items for another item of similar value.
9. Original redemption email can be presented as a printed copy (either in black & white or colour) or from a mobile phone, electronic tablet, or laptop.
10. In the case of any dispute, the decision of L’OCCITANE Malaysia shall remain final.
