Term & Conditions

1. The Gift A Red Packet activity runs from 20 January to 18 February 2015.
2. Participants (the Sender) can submit as many greetings as they wish, but can only win once.
3. Recipient of the Red Packet will receive an e-voucher worth RM38 via email which can be redeemed with a minimum purchase of RM338 and above on regular-priced Levi's® items in a single receipt.
4. If the recipient of the Red Packet spends a minimum nett amount of RM338 (after redemption of the e-voucher), he or she is eligible to receive 2 sets of Levi's® Red Packets.
5. The e-voucher cannot be used in conjunction with ongoing in-store promotions at Original Levi's® Stores or on the Levi's® Malaysia e-store (www.levi.com.my).
6. E-vouchers have a limited redemption period and will expire before 1 March 2015. Recipients are responsible for claiming their e-vouchers before their respective expiration dates as stated in the e-mail.
7. E-vouchers can be redeemed at Original Levi's® Stores nationwide or at the Levi's® Malaysia e-store (www.levi.com.my).
8. Announcements of the winners (the Sender) will be updated on the Levi's® social media sites by 20 March 2015.
9. Winners (the Sender) will be notified via the e-mail address provided during the greeting submission.
10. Levi Strauss (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. reserves the right to request for proof of winners' identity. In the event of the evidence being deemed unsatisfactory, Levi Strauss (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. reserves the right to disqualify the entry.
11. Levi's® Voucher can only be redeemed at Original Levi's® Stores.
12. Winners have fourteen (14) days to contact Levi Strauss (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. via e-mail (myenquiry@levi.com) upon receiving notification.
13. When contacting Levi Strauss (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. via e-mail, Winners are to provide Levi Strauss (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. (at the aforementioned e-mail address) the following details: full name, I/C number, contact number, and home address.
14. Levi Strauss (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. reserves the right to request for additional proof of identity.
15. Winners are to collect their prize from the Levi Strauss (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. headquarters within 14 days of receiving notification via email, if they are based within the Klang Valley. Winners based outside the Klang Valley will have their prizes delivered to them.
16. Levi Strauss (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. will not be privy nor obliged to entertain any requests that the Winners may have.
17. The Prize winnings cannot be exchanged for cash or items in kind.
18. Prizes cannot be transferred to any person(s) other than the winner, regardless of circumstances.
