Tips on eating xiao long bao
~ Gently lift up the xiao long bao to your spoon. Be careful not to break the dumpling skin as it contains the juicy soup broth.
~ Chew off a portion of skin from the side to allow the soup broth and interior filling to cool. Avoid chomping down immediately on the whole thing as it may be too hot.
~ After sipping the broth from the chewed opening, you may consume the xiao long bao with ginger slices and vinegar
