How to Use:
~ Starting from the inside corner of the eye, draw outward strokes into the upper lash line.
~ For the lower lash line, start from the outer corner and apply eyeliner inwards. You can line only half way in for a more natural look or all the way into the inner corner for a bolder, sexier look.
~ Optional: use a Q-tip to gently smudge the liner on the upper lashline and in the outer corner of the lower lashline to achieve a smoky-eyes effect.
