*Participants are required to register for the programme via SMS using mobile phone as guided by our pack exchange crew*
*Participants to bear the SMS cost of RM0.30 per SMS*
*Upon receiving the confirmation code, participants are required to fill in the form provided with correct personal information*
*Upon completion, participants will receive a FREE Mamil® Learning Step 3 or Mamil® Active Step 4 600g starter kit. Mamil® Learning Step 3 or Mamil® Active Step 4 600g starter kit will be given based on the staging/ age range of the non-Dumex brand growing up milk that are being exchange, subject to starter kit availability*
